Rest in Power Nancy Wilson
That voice. That style. That ability to sing a 4 minute song that was as complete as a novel and as compelling as a stage play. pic.twitter.com/KnLK9R20sa

Wilson won three Grammy Awards throughout her career and was given her own NBC show back in 1967, The Nancy Wilson Show, which earned an Emmy.

The legendary singer was also active during the civil rights movement, even participating in the march on Selma.

Wilson requested there be no funeral, instead, her family will celebrate her life at the top of the year.
