Well, here’s some Hailey Baldwin news you haven’t heard before. Now that Hailey and Justin Bieber have shared e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g about their relationship, including how they’re no longer celibate, she’s ready to share her skincare routine. Don’t laugh, though, because she uses the strangest, most unexpected product that you could ever imagine to achieve her clear and smooth skin.

Hailey told Refinery29 that she just started birth control a couple months ago, and it’s been wreaking havoc on her pores.

“I think sometimes, like with hormones, you can’t control it,” she said. “Over the last few months, I’ve been on birth control, which I’ve never done before, and that threw off my hormones for sure and made my skin go off.” Though for her, having a few pimples to take care of is way better than having a baby around 24/7 right now. Still, she likes to keep her skin as clear as possible, and that involves her great genetics and some baby products.

She said, “For me, I do think a lot of it is genetics…I’m big on keeping my skin clean and drinking a lot of water.” Oh, and she’s also apparently an expert on what diaper rash cream is for and is big on using it all over her face. Casual.

“I have found that diaper rash cream is a great thing for bringing down redness and healing,” she explained. “If you think about what it’s actually used for, which is red bumpy skin, it’s essentially the same thing.
