Ally and Jack’s love may be alive once more.

“Star Is Born” actor and director Bradley Cooper shared an idea for a reunion with his onscreen love, Lady Gaga, while he was a guest on Thursday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

When asked if he and Gaga would tour, Cooper was quick to shut that notion down.

“I mean no, but uh…” he said with a laugh. “But you know what I thought would be a cool thing to do, maybe one night, is do like a live reading of the movie, of the script, and sing all the songs as you’re reading the script, like at the Hollywood Bowl or something… That would be cool, right?”

“Yes, that would be really cool,” DeGeneres assured him.

Cooper seemed to second-guess his idea after it garnered no audible reaction from the audience.

“They didn’t respond so you’re like, ‘No?’ ” DeGeneres asked.

“I was just testing it out,” Cooper joked. “No, we won’t do it. Horrible idea.”

“They would love that,” DeGeneres said.

The film touched fans and earned accolades. “Star Is Born,” released last year, garnered eight Academy Award nominations and one win – in the category of original song for “Shallow.” The song also earned its leads Grammys for best pop duo/group performance.

Cooper revealed during a game of Burning Questions, he keeps his Grammy on a bookshelf, though he forgot for a moment he had one.

“I was like, ‘Grammy, what are you talking about?’ ” he said to his host, laughing. “I thought it was a joke. That was hilarious.”

To be fair, Cooper shared with DeGeneres that the award only arrived to his house “like yesterday.”
