The Italy native was told by a judge that he would have to return to Italy after serving prison time for tax fraud. Teresa and Joe share four daughters; she previously said they would divorce if Joe got deported. Teresa and the four girls reportedly visited him in the ICE facility he’s being detained out to toast his 47thbirthday.
