TSN’s Ryan Rishaug adds that more conversations have taken place between the Provincial and Federal governments, and the Oilers Entertainment Group and his sense is a solution is on the way for the mandatory 14-day quarantine required for anyone entering Canada and the ban on non-essential travel between Canada and the United States to not be prohibitive for the NHL to have a hub city in Canada.
