I'm A Celebrity 2018: Camp in CHAOS after 'infestation of blood-sucking leeches'

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! hasn’t even started yet and it seems the camp is facing some trouble.

The campmates, although a deep secret at the moment, will soon be heading Down Under.

With less than 10 days to go, it seems they may have more encounters with critters than they first thought.

According to The Sun, the 2018 campsite might be overrun by creepy crawlies.

The publication writes how giant earthworms and blood-sucking leeches have made their way into the camp.

It is said to be down to a storm which has caused some mild issues in the run-up to the launch.

The creepy crawlies have come out of hiding in the rain and wind and will most likely cause some chaos with the celebrities.

ITV declined to comment when asked by Express.co.uk.

Rumours are flying around as to who will take part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity.

It has been heavily suggested Harry Redknapp, Ann Hegarty and Sair Khan will be entering the jungle.

Recently, it seems Strictly Come Dancing stars Katya Jones or Neil Jones will be in line for a stint Down Under.

The pair hit headlines earlier in the year after Katya was spotted kissing her celebrity partner, Seann Walsh, despite being married to Neil.

It is thought perhaps Neil would like tell his side of the story while in I’m A Celebrity.

But due to filming commitments on Strictly, it seems unlikely he will appear on the ITV show.

Seann’s name has also been added to rumoured campmate lists.

He is out of Strictly Come Dancing now and so would be able to take part.

Earlier in the year, Love Island star Georgia Steel suggested she would love to be on the reality programme.

She exclusively told Express.co.uk: “I would love an opportunity like that as I think it would be amazing!”

Georgia teased: “Very scary though. Of course, anything is possible…”

Fans won’t have long to wait before the launch show where they find out who will be taking part in the gruelling challenge.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to ITV on November 18.
