ZIDANE FOR CHELSEA…AT A PRICE
The back page of The Sun tells us that ‘Zinedine Zidane wants the Chelsea job’ but he has three conditions. Disappointingly, one of them is not Danny Drinkwater to be made available as his own personal butler, but the following rather more sensible things:

1) Eden Hazard to be offered a new, ‘bumper’ contract.

2) A transfer kitty of £200m and ‘more if he sells players.

3) ‘A major say in recruitment alongside Blues director Marina Granovskaia.’

The article then says that ‘sources close to Zizou have told SunSport he is not yet expecting to be given the job’, what with Chelsea already having a manager who has kept Chelsea in three cup competitions and within a hair of the Champions League qualification places.

QUEUE EXTENDS FOR DYBALA
Paulo Dybala has long been linked with Liverpool – and this weekend it was suggested that Manchester United were also in the market for the Argentine – but reports in Italy suggest that Bayern Munich could target the Juventus forward who has scored just three Serie A goals this season as the arrival of Ronaldo has seen him largely shunted out to the right of the Italian club’s attacking trio.

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed two years ago: There are some excellent players in the market at the moment, and when I think of one I would like to bring to Bayern, I think of someone like Dybala.” The German club are said to be preparing a bid of around £65m for Dybala.

AND THE REST
West Ham are lining up Antonio Valencia as a potential replacement for Pablo Zabaleta…Chelsea’s Denmark defender Andreas Christensen has denied he wants to leave Stamford Bridge…Jose Mourinho has said he can see himself working in Ligue 1…David Ospina will join Napoli on a permanent deal.
