Singer Britney Spears was spotted with boyfriend Sam Asghari over Easter weekend, as she took a break from a mental health facility.
TMZ caught up with Sam today, who said, “She is doing great, she is doing amazing.”
He added, “Her fans are so amazing to be so concerned. Nobody needs to worry, she’s doing amazing, she will be back soon.”
His comments come just a day after fans held a protest, demanding her to be free, since they believe she is being held against her will.
Her sister Jamie-Lynn spoke out too, writing on Instagram, “I love my sister with everything I have. So, anyone or anything that speaks to the contrary can [get the f- out of here] with all the comments about what you don’t understand.”
TMZ reports Spears’ medications may have triggered her mental health issues. A source claimed the medications that were stabilizing her mental health issues were reportedly starting to lose their efficacy, so doctors had to create a new cocktail, which ended up destabilizing her. Doctors have reportedly found the right mixture.
Earlier, an insider told the site that the 37-year-old voluntarily entered treatment because she was distraught over her dad’s health. She is believed to be near the end of a 30-day stay.
