For Valentine’s Day this year, Cardi B and Offset decided to celebrate by seeing which one of them could make their daughter Kulture say “Mama” or “Papa” the most, and the video is hilarious.

Here’s the backstory. After her Grammys win, Cardi posted a video of Kulture saying “Mama” for the very first time. Before this, she’d only said “Papa.” Her reaction to it is so pure and amazing and everything that’s right with the world.

BUT NOW, in a twist of fate, Kulture refuses to say “Papa,” and she’ll only say “Mama,” and Cardi made sure to remind Offset of that on Valentine’s Day. “This what happens when you throw in my face that she said papa first 😒😒now she can’t stop saying mama 😂😂😂😂😏😏😏 @offsetyrn HA😝” she wrote in the caption.

And seriously, this is parental competition at its best. In case you’re wondering what the current status is between the two of them, not only did Cardi bring him onstage with her when she gave her Grammys acceptance speech, but she’s been wearing her engagement ring again.
