Hyatt forms lifestyle hotels division – Travel Weekly

Hyatt has established a lifestyle hotels division. The move follows Hyatt’s acquisition of lifestyle hotel
group Two Roads Hospitality late last year. 

The lifestyle unit brings together the
Andaz and Hyatt Centric brands as well as former Two Roads brands Alila, Joie
de Vivre, Thompson and Tommie.

Frederic Flageat-Simon, who was previously CEO of Two Roads
Hospitality Asia, has been named the division’s global head of lifestyle
operations. In the newly created role, he will oversee the continued
integration of the Two Roads brands into the Hyatt portfolio and further grow
and refine the company’s lifestyle portfolio.
