Lori Loughlin’s college admission scandal woes ‘painful’ for ‘Fuller House’ cast – Page Six

Lori Loughlin‘s legal woes are troubling her “Fuller House” castmates — with one co-star calling it “painful for everybody” after she was kicked off the show, according to a new report.

Juan Pablo Di Pace — Fernando on the popular Netflix “Full House” spinoff — said Loughlin’s embroilment in the national college admissions scandal was weighing heavily on their minds as they filmed the final season.

“We all love Lori because Lori’s part of this family too,” Di Pace told Us Weekly.

“So, it’s an upsetting situation and we wish her … I mean, we wish her the very, very best on this really difficult situation.”

“She is part of the family, so it’s painful for everybody,” he said.

The actress who played Aunt Becky was axed from the series when she and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, were arrested amid the national college admissions scandal in March.

The couple is accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to fraudulently get their daughters, Olivia Jade, 19, and Isabella, 20, into the University of Southern California as crew team recruits.

They pleaded not guilty in the nationwide scandal and are facing a potential maximum of 40 years in prison on charges of conspiracy, money laundering and fraud.

Loughlin, 55, is said to be “scared and upset” after fellow actress Felicity Huffman was hit with a 14-day jail sentence Friday for her role in the scandal, but is determined to fight the charges, according to one report.

Influencer daughter Olivia Jade likewise deleted a controversial photo of herself flipping off the press after she reportedly defied her own lawyers by posting the snap to social media.
