Justin Bieber says to ‘make an offer’ on his new $8.5M mansion – New York Post

Justin Bieber doesn’t need a broker to list his house on Realtor.com or Zillow.

His 119 million Instagram followers proved a receptive audience for a middle-of-the-night for-sale announcement in the social-media age.

In the wee hours on Friday morning, the newly married pop star shared no fewer than 12 photos of his Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion — nicknamed the Tropics — in a stream of uploads on his Instagram feed.

“I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it,” Bieber wrote posted with a photo showing a den and part of a kitchen.

Another post, which shows Bieber’s shorts-clad legs as the camera points down a staircase lined with banana-leaf-print wallpaper toward a wine cellar, is captioned: “Home vibes, but I wanna sell it I think anyone interested?”

Certain comments from users, as are likely usual, beg Bieber to follow them back or like their posts, but others asked for a tour.

Not everyone took him seriously.

“Dude are you bored,” commented one user.

Other shots, captioned “Home vibes,” show images of his Super Shot arcade basketball game, and an open kitchen and living area with beamed ceilings and hardwood floors. A separate photo shows another staircase lined with apparently original works by the artist Kaws (with that post eliciting a reply from wife Hailey: “This is sick.”)

In his second-to-last upload, Bieber also makes an offer that certain deep-pocketed fans may not be able to refuse.

“I’ll sell it with all the furniture,” Bieber wrote under the image, which captures him lying on a couch and petting his $35,000 pair of part-exotic kittens. “MAKE AN OFFER.”

The very-early-morning uploads give a peek inside the home the lovebirds share.

The Biebers bought the spread for $8.5 million earlier this year. It was listed for $8.99 million, with the property description detailing its 1932 construction date and “Old Hollywood glamour mixed with casual California living,” per the old Realtor.com listing.

The 6,100-square-foot home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a library and a home theater. Then-sales brokers Hilton & Hyland posted a gallery on Instagram with photos of the gorgeous spread.

Much to the dismay of Beliebers, the home is not publicly listed.
