Three more stores are preparing to exit the Fox River Mall.

Two coming closures were mentioned previously in The Buzz: Ann Taylor will close Jan. 26 and Crazy 8 leaving at an unspecified date after the holidays.

The next three are on the Younkers wing, where foot traffic has decreased since the Younkers department store closed in April.

They are:

•Charlotte Russe: The young women’s clothing store is in its final clearance sale and sales staff members are telling customers Saturday is the last day. Its Green Bay and Madison stores remain open. This store was a pop-up location that had been in the mall for nearly two years.

•Famous Footwear: Calls to the company’s corporate office in St. Louis have not been returned, but staffers are telling customers their last day will be Jan. 20. The large shoe store has been in the mall for more than 15 years.

•Fred Meyer Jewelers: “January 12 will be our last day,” said sales associate Sean Bellin. The jewelry store is at the corner of the Younkers wing and the main corridor.

John Burgland, senior general manager of the mall, responded to an email asking about the five spaces that will soon be vacant.

“2019 will be an active year at Fox River Mall and we have plans for all the spaces you mentioned and much more. As things evolve, we will let you know,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, the Fox Cities are gaining a number of small businesses over the next few days. They include:
